All our Customers are eligible to claim a full refund in case the Customer does not receive the product within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of accepted orders (duly acknowledged by us in writing) for all deliveries within Kolkata and a maximum of 5 working days from the date of Payment to our Bankers for all deliveries outside Kolkata. Additionally, in case of products received in defective or damaged condition, Customers are eligible to claim a full refund provided the intimation of defect or damage is given to us in writing along with a photograph of the product clearly depicting the damage or defect within 24 hours of receipt of such defective/damaged product/s. The responsibility of couriering the defective/damaged product/s rests with the Customer. Lifestyle Accessories Inc., shall be liable for full refund of the product price only and shall not be liable for any other costs or damages whatsoever, either explicit or implied.
